What Information Is Collected:

How That Information Is Used:
We use collected data to improve our service and prepare new marketing techniques. Your information will never be sold or leased to anybody unless required to do so by a court of law.
- All gift card and admission coupon orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 14 days from the date your order is shipped for certified delivery. See below for a full shipping schedule.
- Orders are shipped within 3-5 days of placing your order by our Standard shipping method. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost (see Shipping Schedule below)
- All orders are shipped complete. No partial orders will be shipped. If any item on your order is not in stock, your entire order will be held until all items become available for shipping.
- If an out-of-stock item does not become available within 10 days after placing your order, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to continue to hold your order, exchange the out-of-stock item for another gift card, or cancel the out-of-stock item.
- If you do not receive your order within 21 days from the date your order was shipped, please contact email@example.com.
Orders placed online can be picked up at King Spa facility after 72 hours of order submission. This will allow us to filter fraud transactions, and also prepare the order for customer pickup at our facility. Thank you for your understanding.
