After you ordered the gift card, you will receive the confirmation virtual gift card email (You may need to check the spam folder). You can pick up by yourself at Niles by showing this email. If it is a gift, you may forward tthe email to the gift receiver who needs to show the forwarded email at the kingspa front desk when checking in.
