    Gift card pickup : Online orders will take a minimum of 72 hours to process. (Eg: If you purchased a gift card on Monday you will be able to use it on Thursday) This will allow us to filter fraudulent transactions. Thank you for understanding. Gift cards do not expire. Treat gift cards like cash. Lost gift cards cannot be found.

    Admission Pass : Online orders will take a minimum of 72 hours to process. (Eg: If you purchased a pass on Monday you will be able to use it on Thursday) If you receive an email confirmation before the 72 hours that means the passes are ready to use.. This will allow us to filter fraudulent transactions. Thank you for understanding. Online passes do not expire. You can also purchase passes at the door for the same price.

     

    You agree not to file any chargeback, claim or dispute with your credit card company regarding the online order placed at store.kingspa.com/virginia or purchases made at the facility. King Spa has a 20-minute grace period if you are not happy with the facility or feel that it is too crowded you will receive a full refund as long as you did not use any of our amenities. You are eligible for a full refund as long as your stay was not over 20 minutes and you did not use any of our amenities (showers, pools, uniform, etc.) If you use any of our amenities during this 20-minute grace period (showers, pools, uniforms, etc.) you will only be refunded 60% of the entrance price. There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks for outdoor pools closing because of bad weather. There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks because you think the facility was too busy, loud, and/or crowded. There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks because certain rooms or equipment were not working, the sauna room temperature was not to your satisfaction or the water temperature was not to your satisfaction.
