1. You can schedule an appointment for this service Monday - Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are walk-ins ONLY.
2. Tips are separate and not included in the price.
3. Reservations in advance are strongly encouraged and subject to availability. To schedule your appointment, please email [email protected] after purchasing the service.
4. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please email [email protected] up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no fee.
5. We cannot guarantee the appointment duration if customers come later than the set appointment time as we have subsequent schedules for the day. (We'll do our best to accommodate/reschedule but this is not guaranteed and there will be no refund.)
6. Admission passes are included in the package. You may come in at any time after 9am to enjoy amenities offered at Kingspa.
7. All "No Shows" and "Late Cancellations(cancellations within 24 hours)" are subject to a 100% Cancellation Fee.
